968 and 964 factory Cup 1s (apparently made by Speedline in Italy) in 7.5J & 9K are 10.6 Kg front/11.8 Kg versus 11.3Kg/12.7Kg for the Mille Miglia replicas.

Despite being heavier, they're said to be not as strong as the factory wheel, and can twist in both planes.

Added to which, 968 & 964 are ABS cars. So factory Cups won't fit pre-1987 944/951/968 or pre-964 cars without spacers (and possibly longer studs) to correct the offset.

Whereas the MM replicas were also available with offsets to suit G-body cars, as well as ABS car fitment.
