Wow, that fan was really shot. Thankfully you caught this this right away. I’d have a careful look at all the hoses and lines after that find. Reminds me of my car when I first brought it home. The car is lucky to have found you.
That’s a very good deal on the impeller. Do make sure it includes the fan bearing. I seem to recall someone was selling them sans the bearing. Better still, get an RS fan hub. Fan bearings are unnecessary (unless you sit in traffic all day), and prone to failure.
