Here is somewhat of a comparison. this one is in Washington, 20 K but 170K Miles. seems well maintained, nice looking, but lots of owners too and some sort of damage which may be fixed and fine..

if that one you are looking at is that low in mileage,, I would think 30K might be realistic.
of course the asking price on a free add website can sometimes be an unrealistic price , it can be easy for sellers to list fake ads to try to convince other buyers of false values. I'm not suggesting either ad is not a real one. All I'm saying is it is just worth being a bit careful in using these ads as comparisons.
you could try changing your area to produce different searches, maybe you'd find closer comparisons, or others near you.
