1986 944 Turbo Value?
1986 944 Turbo Value? Just need a little advice. Wanting to buy it, but don't want to get hit hard. Pearl White, Touring pkg, Burgundy Inteior, VERY CLEAN IN AND OUT. 31,000 miles.

If that's a true 31k example, it's worth some bucks.
I never really look at values of these cars, but check Hagerty and other sources and I would guess you are looking at in the $30k range. PPI and service history would be very important to support that value.

Here is somewhat of a comparison. this one is in Washington, 20 K but 170K Miles. seems well maintained, nice looking, but lots of owners too and some sort of damage which may be fixed and fine..
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/d/everett-1987-porsche-944-turbo-951/7597998746.html if that one you are looking at is that low in mileage,, I would think 30K might be realistic. of course the asking price on a free add website can sometimes be an unrealistic price , it can be easy for sellers to list fake ads to try to convince other buyers of false values. I'm not suggesting either ad is not a real one. All I'm saying is it is just worth being a bit careful in using these ads as comparisons. you could try changing your area to produce different searches, maybe you'd find closer comparisons, or others near you. keep in mind that all of the rubber bushings, unless documented are completely shot, also belts and rollers need to be changed if all original or older than 2 years sitting as is. Spring plate bushings will be a big ticket item.

the "touring package" isn't anything special as i haven't seen a 951 that didn't have these:
"TOURING PACKAGE: SUNROOF REAR WIPER LEATHER COVERED SPORT STEERING WHEEL AND SHIFT BOOT CRUISE CONTROL ANTI-THEFT ALARM POWER WINDOWS CLIMATE CONTROL AC" as to the value, the 951 in good condition has increased in value. here's a 3100 mile turbo-s example (89) that sold for $135,944: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-porsche-944-turbo-26/
