I wonder if making an "unboxing video" or a few of them might help, that way its a lot less photos. put the camera on a tripod , open each box and take things out then put them back?
it would be as if others were watching you go through the boxes describing what you know about each part. you might do a series so each upload is not too huge, try one box first? see if you can upload it to youtuube? number the boxes, if you get a reply you can always find the box again. and then take separate pics of whatever they need. its not hard to freeze video One can then always use "print screen" then dump the screenshot image into a graphics program like Microsoft paint and save it as a jpeg.
the videos could be a bit dry to watch, maybe find a cute lady to do it or make it a bit entertaining with a bit of humor.. I'd avoid the super annoying music in your intros , i know the music choices make me hit "skip" quite often. you could suggest what things are worth, or what its from or why they may need it , if it's informative people will watch to learn stuff.
another idea is a reverse auction , say you start at 200 bucks a box,( as an example) then reduce it by lets say for example 10 % per week. If someone wants something they have to pay and you remove it from the listing after receiving payment. you might have to pull things if they mail payments or take them off straight away if they do e- transfer payments. Just general suggestions , you make your own rules.
otherwise if it's too much they can wait, no bargaining.. If one waits too long someone else grabs it. at the end you are pretty much giving stuff away but it's been picked over.. the 200 dollar boxes perhaps had the more desirable stuff in them so they went first.. It just saves a bunch of paperwork , pricing stuff, naming photos. you can sell it individually if you accept offers, then shoot a new video of whats left..
another option is to unload it all to a reseller, there is a guy selling used 944 parts that has a website with realistic pricing. a website like that takes time and maintenance. maybe he could flip it all.
