Hello all, Is there an easy method to adjust my door frame? It pushes out on my new seals and thus makes my window slow?

Also my drivers side motor is great going up, but the gear almost sounds like it is slipping or chirping sometimes while going down. Just removed the asssembly and greased it all so we’re good there on both

Any help is appreciated!
