1974 Schwinn Paramount P-13 Track Bike Built by Waterford Bicycles for an Olympic hopeful and assembled and maintained by Johnny Cycles in East Los Angeles. The original wheels were tied and soldered tubulars and the whole bike is Campagnolo Record.
