That is a parts car at best.
We restored the interior of our 79 928 5spd and a total restore (PO smoked way too much) was three times more than the car is worth today, but the rest of the car was pristine. The mechanical / electrical issues of these cars when sitting is also going to be the price of a good used example… these cars are not cheap to fix and require a knowledgeable mechanic.
