A lot of people are now running 18's like we have on the MOMO 935
The favored tire these days is a bias ply Avon.
My understanding was Kraus was working on reproducing a 19" for the rear.
I converted one of my 935's to a street car and the only tire available with a 16" and 19" is a Hosier dot tire. Had to narrow the rear 19"wheels to 13" wide though.

I once got fabricated 18inch wheel halves to match the AVON tyres.
Also made a reproduction of the BBS E57 wheelcenters, both in aluminium and magnesium
