BAT is tempting for its wide audience, but the no-reserve policy for parts can make it a bit risky, especially with a high-value or niche item. Selling directly to someone who needs it for a period-correct, no rush to sell, keeping it within the enthusiast community or matching it with a proper model like a '73 RS/RSR or a '74-'76 Carrera RoW (or even a U.S.-spec '74-'75 Carrera) and as long member of Pelican it sholud be nice to find the right buyer who appreciates the part's significance and is willing to pay what it's worth.
