As far as I know, there were no 966 models. There was a 964 series from 1989 to 1993 and a 964 Turbo series from 1990 to 1994. The next series of air-cooled 911s was the 993 series, from '94 to '98.
I did a web search for 911 966 models and came across a video of a '99 Carrera that the poster mislabeled as a 966 -
