Well, it’s never a good time to reveal bad news,….but here it goes. I fell ill at Christmas and was subsequently diagnosed with incurable stomach cancer. One never knows what’s around the corner and I am determined to make the best of the situation while I still have my marbles and my body can function.
Lucky for me that I have a close and supportive family and especially my dear wife and soulmate of 57 years.
The whole family is into cars, especially Porsches. I have given my daughter the blue ‘06 Carrera S 3.8, and the orange RST to my son. The Albert blue S/T (the Sweet Transplant) currently under construction is slated for my daughter-in-law. My son, grandson and I will hopefully finish it over the next few months or so.
So this will probably be my last post on this thread but will continue the Sweet Transplant thread as long as I can.
A big thank you to all of you who have followed my journey and given me support and advise with my RST. I love that hot rod and so does my son!
