Well, it’s never a good time to reveal bad news,….but here it goes. I fell ill at Christmas and was subsequently diagnosed with incurable stomach cancer. One never knows what’s around the corner and I am determined to make the best of the situation while I still have my marbles and my body can function.
Lucky for me that I have a close and supportive family and especially my dear wife and soulmate of 57 years.
The whole family is into cars, especially Porsches. I have given my daughter the blue ‘06 Carrera S 3.8, and the orange RST to my son. The Sweet Transplant, which is the subject of this thread, is slated for my daughter-in-law. My son, grandson and I will hopefully finish it over the next few months or so.
A big thank you to all of you who have followed my journeys over these many years and given me support and advise with this build and my beloved RST. Hopefully, I will still be around to see the Sweet Transplant drive out of our driveway under its own power.
Cheers,
Johan
