This has been driving me nuts for years.
Arthur Brown did a cover of Screamin' Jay Hawkin's "I Put A Spell on You" which in IMHO was way better that Screamin' Jay's version (blues purists may disagree). The best part was not Brown's vocals, but the organist's work. As the song progresses, the organ does more to bring out the emotion in the song than Brown's voice. Whenever I listen to it, I strain to follow the organ over Brown's bellowing. At no point is the sound of the organ as loud as it should be. Is there an on-line tool to let me record a version where the organ is more prominent?
