If you’re replacing the stock rims and tires on your 1968 Porsche 912, it’s safest to stick with 15-inch wheels, ideally 5.5 or 6 inches wide. You can go a bit wider or even try 16-inch wheels, but you’ll need to make sure the bolt pattern (5x130) and offset fit correctly, so the tires don’t rub or mess with handling. Used Porsche wheels like Fuchs or Cookie Cutters can work well, just test fit before buying to be sure they’ll fit your car.
