He has also been excellent concerning what the clientele expect at certain price points. It really is interesting, a slice of a market I didn't have any insight into. Remember I am only 60 miles south of the DC metro so the market of people willing to pay for the bird hunting experience is large.
Agra-tourism is an overall huge enterprise down here.
For deer on the farm, I have a friend of my son's from HS manage the stands and the hunts. All gratis since he helps keep the lines clear around the crops.
