Is it a 1.8? If so, then chances are this is the "Ok, I'm cranking the starter now" wire that connects to the FI. It should plug into one of the pins of the four-pin connector at the left-rear corner of the relay board. Numer 2 (II), which is the right-rear pin according to my reading of the wiring diagrams.
