Today I installed Jose Martinez’s (Joe-engineer dot com) front bumper mounted oil cooler duct. it is a beautifully designed and 3-D printed part. My car is a street driven 83 911SC with a stock engine. I have driven it in hot California summer weather with no experience of high oil temps but this may provide a little help for the stock trombone oil cooler
Jose’s instructions are a big help but it is an easy install. The piece is beautifully made and most importantly, sits flush with the bumper. As a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience designing things, it is always a treat to see someone design something that is elegant, simple, and well made.
