If I had to guess, I'd say we've maybe got ~1/16th inch of ice. I'm very happy about that.
And it looks like Houston roads are fine. I only see 3 instances showing ice on the road.
Over the next couple of days, we're showing a max of 3% chance of precipitation, so I don't think there's going to be any adverse impact. I did see something that said that there were ~1700 homes without power in the Houston metro area yesterday evening. I have no idea where those are/were or why they were without power.
This is certainly a very cold front, but was a non-event. Of course, it may have been a non-event because of planning. I know that on Thu they were pre-treating the roads for ice.
