I had some hardscape done (widen driveway by 5 feet and place pavers along the side of the house). They also replaced the artificial grass by the pool.
I trimmed the palms ran new drip irrigation and landscape lighting. I was going to order from Volt having great luck with it at our old house. Imagine my surprise when I found it at Costco for a lot less:
