Watched a podcast today on sleep disorders by a behavioral psychologist. He does a deep dive into "preparing the runway for sleep", getting tested for vitamin and mineral deficiency, and avoiding medication or over-the-counter sleep aids except in very specific situations. I already use many of his suggested techniques but still learned a lot. If you struggle with sleep this is probably a worthy 2 hrs to understand the processes and adapt to your unique situation.
