Tile, stone and if shower is large enough, put a seat or bench in there. If shower is big enough have two sets of shower, one regular one, set at 7' height, and the other hand held on a saddle or adj bar. Will grab bar be needed? If this a raised foundation (makes it easier )? Curb-less shower entry to keep from losing one's front teeth. A slab floor can be cut to achieve that too. The hottest thing is Linear shower drain. INstall cubby holes for shampoo. Install a light in there. If you are going gang buster, install an outlet behind one of the top drawer behine the vanity. Have a pig tail connected to an outlet behind the drawer so the hair dryer is hooked up permanently and sits inside the drawer, oout of way, out of sight. Heated towel bar or radian floor heater is nice.
