My hunting camp is northeast of Scranton. Lots of these summer camps up there. somewhat odd to me - both jewish and muslim camps in close proximity.
Several years ago the one closest to us was sold to an orthodox group. The most obvious change is that the guards are now very obviously armed with AR-15's. They do wave as we drive past on the dirt road.
This isn't generally a high crime area, at least aside from the occasional poacher.
