Here is one for the Brain Trust: Lois Lane's tumbler/ignition switch recently became difficult to turn. Particularly when the engine is on and it is time to rotate the key counter-clockwise to turn the engine off and remove the key.
AFAIK, this mechanism has two main parts: The key tumbler section, and then the ignition switch which (on our G-bodied 911s) is located at the other end of the tumbler. Any guesses as to why the key is binding and how to address it. I hope it is the ignition switch as that is likely to be less expensive than a tumbler replacement. I have graphite powder for locks and of course silicon spray but those may be a bad idea.
