Do not just drive by the US station to the CDN side like you would if you were importing a stereo or something. Vehicles must be checked in on the US side first.

You are required to leave the original "certificate of title" with the US border station that you wish to cross at for at least 72 hours.

Also make sure you declare the car at the CDN border as you will not be able to register it if you don't get a document showing you paid your taxes and duties.

BTW 15yr old...import anything, 20yr old...duty free, taxes...still gotta pay
