I will try to answer a few of your questions. The 911 SC is the "standard" 911 of the times. If he says it has a full euro conversion he probably means the ride height was lowered, and he changed out the lights and a few other things. If he still wants $17,000 for it, it's too high. Nice SC's are going anywhere from $11-14 K. Hope this helps a little.
