Yes, original leather. It had fogs, but the third owner replaced the front valence and didn't want to cut holes in it. Can't blame him, I like it slick.
The only thing I have done is install the Prototipo steering wheel. Appearance wise it is exactly what I was wanting, lack of leverage is a bit much, though.
Near term plans are to install the pair of Momo seats I bought when I was going to turn one of the 914s into a track car. They may not be the most practical seats, but I wanted to try it. Also, I like the looks of the RS America style door panels, so I will install those along with fresh carpet and remove the rear seats. Those, a new headliner and some sticky tires and I think I would be good to go.
I have a pair of new 6 point harnesses, again for the still-born 914 track car. Those will go in in anticipation of some DE events. I spent ten years racing in SCCA (Formula Ford and Improved Touring Nissan Sentra ) but I want to back off a couple of notches and just cruise around the tracks some.
