Id do the turbo if you can. i made the upgrade just recently. Its like night and day between and n/a and a turbo.
There are some deals to be had. You can pick up an 86 in nice shape for around $7k or so. Somtimes you can get lucky and find one for less. But I looked for a nice 951 that I thought wasnt over priced or over ragged out and it took me 18 months to find the right car.
