I've seen one installed but can't remember much more than there was bondo involved because some of the final sanding wasn't so hot and burned through down to the filler.
If I were ever to do this I would get a 931 panel and the plastic vent inserts. Take that along with my 951 panel to a sheet metal shop and tell them to duplicate the holes and roll the metal properly. Then take it home and paint it.
