Yes Mark it will fit any 914. Get yourself a copy of the current Excellence, April 2005. There is an 8 page article on 914 4 to 6 swaps.
The article says plan to spend $8-20k for the engine swap. Besides the cost of my engine its my guess that you'd spend approx $1k for the rest of the hard parts: forward engine mount, EFI fuel pump, 911 starter, muffler & bracket, throttle cable kit, etc....you'd have to eBay most stuff to get the good guy prices.

Its my guesstimate that you'll be at the very low end of the cost mentioned in the article. Have you priced just the 914-6 oil tank its $888.60 from Pelican. So do the math read the article, and then consider my 3.2 engine is ready to bolt in and run.
We did the install that was in the Excellence article.
It was a 3.0 CIS engine.
We do these conversions all the time. A 3.2 engine will fit in fit with a little work. The biggest thing you have to do is turn the intake manifold around 180 degres. Figure at least $5000 above the cost of the engine as a ball park. At least if you do it right!
The next thing thing we are doing to that 914 is 911 Carrera susp. conversion. Jim Pasha lives here in Knoxville TN. and we have help him with a bunch of his tech articles.
It will be in Excellance too.
