Hey Jonathan, They way 37lbs each without packaging. That is with the tires, but I assumed you knew that. The tires have some tread on them, but they are hard. They are toyo proxies. I can ship FedEx ground, that's not a problem. I think at worst the rims would weigh is 20lbs. I'm sure they are a lot lighter. I can box them 2 in one box and 3 in the other if you do rims only. I would check a 40lb box and a 60lb box. I wouldn't think it woud be over 15 bucks a wheel avg.
