REAL MiniLites 6.5 x 15 4bolt for 914

I have a set of 5 (five) real MiniLites for the 914. Excellent shape. 6 1/2 x 15 size. These fit perfectly under stock fenders. Stamped England 7/75. THey could use stripping and repainting, but they would be fine as is. Tires will be removed as they are getting old now. $1000 + shipping/obo. If your interested and want some more pictures, let me know and I can take individual pictures. Here's a picture

I am interested. Can you give me a shipping quote to 93458. If that is to much trouble just tell me what one rim weighs and I can approximate it if you give me your zip. Can you ship Fed Ex Ground. Could you pack two in a box with cardboard between them. What are the tires on there right now. Are they any good at all? what is the weight with the tires. May not make a big difference in shipping. please email me at hwgunner@msn.com

Hey Jonathan, They way 37lbs each without packaging. That is with the tires, but I assumed you knew that. The tires have some tread on them, but they are hard. They are toyo proxies. I can ship FedEx ground, that's not a problem. I think at worst the rims would weigh is 20lbs. I'm sure they are a lot lighter. I can box them 2 in one box and 3 in the other if you do rims only. I would check a 40lb box and a 60lb box. I wouldn't think it woud be over 15 bucks a wheel avg.

Bumperoo

Going to ebay Sunday. There are 5 rims, not just 4. Surely somebody wants these. They are really rare, but the best part is they look really cool. Isn't that what really matters?

Actually I do. I had a guy that was gonna take them but backed out due to a 5-lug conversion :-) I was gonna post them on ebay, but have been lazy. They currently still have the tires on them. If you wanted, I could meet you part way. Wouldn't have to have the tires dimounted. They are older Toyo Proxies. Not bad for street, but too hard for track. The tire on the 5th has no tread left, but the others aren't bad.

Let me know if interested.

Actually, I am interested.

I took a look at the Minilites web site and I couldn't figure out what the offset on these are. Looks like those Toyos are 205's, they fit under the stock fenders?

Do they require special lugs? Did you use center caps with these?

(What the capital of Tibet?? Whats the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow? heheheeh)

Knoxville is a good stretch of the legs, but I've been looking for an excuse to get the 32 out, and the weather is getting fine hmmmmm.

They are 205's, 205/50/15. They fit fine under the fenders. I had them on my stock 914 and used my alloy lugs. No center caps.

(Lhasa - thank you mr. google., 42 knots)

Anything else let me know

Greg
