I used to follow Doonesbury fairly closely back in the day. Duke was one of my favorite characters and since the departure of HST, I've been reading the strip again in the daily fish wrap.

Upon learning of HST's exit, Duke's head blew up. Not the first time that's happened. Won't be the last. I reckon there's some people and a few editors have their panties in a bunch over that. What say you? I thought it was fine and exactly what I expected.

And any thoughts on what Duke's going to "morph" into on Friday? My Duke/HST references are rusty. I am glad to see Honey is still around.
