Not that much more, maybe 30-50 pounds. If you don't have a/c that would help. I'd probably install larger rear torsion bars and the 951 offset 16x7 wheels in the rear with the same 205's you have now. The 3.0L was heavier because of more aluminum and less magnesium. I think the case alone was about 30 or 40 pounds heavier and the crank and flywheel etc. but that's about all that is different. The later cars virtually all had A/c, then there is cruise, rear wiper etc. etc. If all you changed was the engine I wouldn't go overboard trying to compensate.
