People in CA drive a hell of lot worse in the rain. People should have restrictions on their license allowing them to drive in all kinds of weather. I had some *** in an SUV riding my Porsche all the way to work this morning and I almost lost it because if he slams in to my car, the insurance takes care of it for him and he gets no punishment for ruining a 20 year old car. People need to be taught courtesy in school and if they continue this ****, then I should have the right to beat the **** out of them.
