I've managed to take apart some of my distributor and I've been flushing/scrubbing it with WD-40. It works well, but now that I am about to put it back together, what lubricant is appropriate (if any, besides the WD-40 residue that's in there)?

I may be able to get some fancy Wurth lubricant later but is basic white lithtium grease/spray ok?

should the springs/weights/lever arms get one type and the two rotating plates on top of each other another?
