Wow, that's the biggest mis-use of the word ricer I've heard in a while, thanks bud. It's NOT a 'ricer-style' mod, it was something done by the PO to my car, which took me a little while to pin down. It was cut partway from the CV to the wastegate, but left clamped on and ziptied along the way, so unless you actually traced out the entire line, it looked connected at both ends.
