Fuel Pressure Regulator - Access ? (3.2)

Fuel Pressure Regulator on a 3.2 (back left of engine compartment at end of fuel rail near cylinder #3). I've removed the heater blower and ducting and some other bits, but I doubt I can get at all the nuts/screws required to replace this thing.

Q: Can this be realistically replaced without a partial engine drop?

I see one possible move: it looks like a bracket might hold the FPR onto the engine, and the one screw holding the bracket is accessible (barely). That may be a bad assumption though. The screw is visible in the photo below, poking through.

Q2: Can that bracket be loosened via that screw, and the FPR assembly raised up above the intake manifold for easier access to the hoses, nuts, screws, etc. ?

Thanks for your help, Dan
