The euro bumpers don't use shocks. The passenger side one is tubular and fits inside the regular shock mount but it is all steel. The outside end is a receptacle for the tow hook to screw into after you remove the black bumper that covers the hole. On the driver side it is a very flimsy piece of metal. Mounting is different between the shocks and the euro mounts.
