The lights are actually easy to come by -- I've seen them on eBay numerous times (I got a pair from there). If you keep your eyes peeled, you'll occasionally see one for sale either here or Rennlist.
I've contacted dismantlers in UK and Netherland -- but you gotta be wiling to pay ~$300 for shipping. At that point, I think you're better off getting fiberglass replicas.

New driving lights for the bumpers are $78 each from Sunset. As far as the bumper goes, I have one that is in need of repair. I have no tolerance for bodywork, but if you have fiberglass skills, PM me your e-mail and I can send pics if you are interested.

I want one too now that I have the 931 nose ready to go on - it'd look killer together... it's just a matter of finding all the parts for one with mounts and lights and pads and alll that junk it's a pain.

Are the turn signals for the euro bumper the same as the american bumper?
What about the bumper shocks, are they specfic to the euro bumper or can the american bumper or turbo shocks be used??

The turnsignal lense housing are the same, BUT the lenses are slightly different - the flare out at the top to match the bumper line and are not the same from left to right like the US version. They can be found fairly easy. Here's the part numbers (Make sure they have "Jetronic" in the parts number).
Right “euro” turnsignal lense 477.953.162 Jetronic Left “euro” turnsignal lense 477.953.161 Jetronic Right driving/fog light 944.631.408.00 Left driving/fog light 944.631.407.0 I would guess the bumper shock is shorter since the bumper does not stick out as far. Maybe the shorter shocks from 951 or S2 would work. That's what I used on my Carrera GT replica.

The euro bumpers don't use shocks. The passenger side one is tubular and fits inside the regular shock mount but it is all steel. The outside end is a receptacle for the tow hook to screw into after you remove the black bumper that covers the hole. On the driver side it is a very flimsy piece of metal. Mounting is different between the shocks and the euro mounts.

Interesting. A previous source had told me that the euro bumpers used the 951/s2 bumper shocks. Clearly this is not the case. I've seen them used with excellent results however, so they must be the same over-all length.
So, I suppose the consensus on this is as follows: If you want to keep bumper shocks, but like the look of the euro bumper, get turbo/s2 bumper shocks If you want to be able to use the tow hook (which looks like it involves sacrificing the bumper shocks), get the euro mounts. Is that accurate?

Sounds correct Zero.
Also, the mounting bolt when using the shocks fits through the shock and screws into the bumper. On the euro mounts, the bolt screws into the nut on the top of the mount. One would have to devise a way to bolt the bumper to the shocks such as possibly glueing or fiberglassing a nut on the top fiberglass piece of the mounting area of the bumper.

Here is what the back of the bumper looks like where the mount fits:

The fiberglass front euro bumper that I sourced from a grey-market euro car, and sold to XSBOOST90 (Dan) (and is on his car now) had shocks and no provision for a tow eye. I think there are 2 separate versions of the ROW fiberglass bumper. Just like there are 3 separate versions of the rear ROW fiberglass bumper (one with the small rubber strip and no tow eye, one with the large rubber strip and a tow eye socket).

The black euro car I have has an aluminum euro front bumper that uses standard shocks.

I too have a euro aluminum front bumper. Oddly black as well. Standard mounts, and weights about the same as the US unit at 23lb without mounts. Only the earlier Fiberglass bumpers were lighter, and seem to have the fixed mount.

Interesting. This is probably because on the later ones with the steel/aluminum bumpers, they were strong enough to attach the tow hook to. However on the early ones, they would tear apart when used that way, so they had to adapt the mounts. Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds reasonable.
I imagine that mine had a fiberglass bumper originally but when it was converted to US specs, they put the aluminum one on.
