Sounds correct Zero.
Also, the mounting bolt when using the shocks fits through the shock and screws into the bumper. On the euro mounts, the bolt screws into the nut on the top of the mount. One would have to devise a way to bolt the bumper to the shocks such as possibly glueing or fiberglassing a nut on the top fiberglass piece of the mounting area of the bumper.
