The fiberglass front euro bumper that I sourced from a grey-market euro car, and sold to XSBOOST90 (Dan) (and is on his car now) had shocks and no provision for a tow eye. I think there are 2 separate versions of the ROW fiberglass bumper. Just like there are 3 separate versions of the rear ROW fiberglass bumper (one with the small rubber strip and no tow eye, one with the large rubber strip and a tow eye socket).
