plastic media, consult the business directory in your phone book for suppliers local to you. you may need a specificly sized hose tip to work with the media. get every bit of silica out of your blast booth, even the dust. it will contaminate the product you switch to. no ideas about the lead plug issue. if you're going to go forward, get the thottle plates to operate freely before you purchase the rebuild kits. good luck with your project.
