Had that happen last fall. Seems to be off the track on one side and I was able to push/giggle it back using one hand and the switch. Might not be your case though. I haven't had a need for sunroof this winter here in Colorado but I am planning on opening it up in a few weeks to see if it just got off track or if I need parts from our host. Hope it works out for you.
