Later transmissions will go into an early car. May have to change/modify the trans mounts. Early trans can go into the 924S as the speedo on both comes off of the left front wheel.
The 924S trans will go into the early and late cars. For the later cars you have to add the speedo take off "gear" behind the left side output shaft.
Gear ratios are another matter altogeather.
