Which one to go after?

I am looking for a daily driver that I will not baby at all. Car cover only during extended rain storms and garage for winters. This will be my first Porsche. Any suggestions or comments.

1975 911 Carrera Coupe-1984 3.2 engine 45K on rebuild, short shift, center force, momo, two sets of Fuchs, Tail, interior very good, drives excellent, Some service records, rust bubbles door pillars, rockers both sides, leak on upper right windshield area, one finger hole in floor pan. The car has been a daily driver and garaged winters Price 8.5K

85 911 Targa 150K Owner paid 11.5K for car, has had for 3 years and only driven on weekends. Replaced wheel with MOMO and changed oil regular basis. Owner says that after a week of sitting there is a large oil puddle. The car is garaged and not currently registered. Excellent looking body and interior. Three owners No service records and unknown history. Price 11.5K

87 911 Targa 90K Car dealers personal vehicle for last seven years. Looks to be in excellent shape with very little (6K) use. Targa leaks a little. Price 15K
