That is high side. The receiver/dryer is always on the high side of the system. When operating, it should always have LIQUID refrigerant flowing through it, at rather high pressures.
Low side fitting will be on the bigger of the 2 pipes, and is either located on the driver's strut tower, or by the compressor on all model 944's.
High side fitting is either located on the driver's strut tower, or on an elbow on the inlet to the receiver/dryer.
If you charge on the high side, bad things can happen, like exploding cans of refrigerant, or compressor damage.
