Well you could buy a brand new car

properly then thats it.
You haven't mentioned the year but if its an early 80s or earlier then most likely some panel has been repainted...
If you believe that wrinkle will sour the joy of the new car then look somewhere else... if you don't mind not driving a car that will not be a concours-class (but maybe a hell of a car) then buy it.
Anyway these cars are not precisely the easiest/fastest to sell cause buyers are very careful and care about any details, so if you buy it will you be in the same position when selling her? You bet.
