6K in 6 weeks would be a great deal! Mine was twice that (both $$ and time) although it was worth the wait (and the $$)!

You just never know what parts, seals, rubber, handles, etc that you will need to replace once everything is torn apart. I ended up with rubber seals that appeared ok when assembled but crumbled to nothing once removed. Whatever the bid, make sure you figure 10%-20% over as contingency so you don't end up in a pinch.
