I would thnk that bulgogi would be great using ribeye or round sliced they way they do for Philly cheesesteaks or maybe a bit thicker. Only had kimchee once and i liked it. I was in someones apartment in German yonce when the stuff was being cooked. Tastes a LOT better than it smells...lol. smelled and sounded like Al Quaeda was trying to blow up the base with a garlic and pepper laced bomb.
